A graduate of the Medical University of Warsaw. Second degree specialist in general dentistry and developmental dentistry.  
In the years 1992-2000, Dr Perendyk was a researcher at the Institute of Dentistry of the Medical University of Warsaw. 
At the beginning of his professional career, he worked for the Pedodontics Unit of the Institute of Dentistry, Medical University of Warsaw, where he gained extensive clinical experience in treatment of patients, including children below 3 years of age, under general anaesthesia (over 1,000 procedures performed). 
In the years 1995 and 1997, he received two awards from the Rector of the Medical University of Warsaw as a researcher at the Institute of Dentistry. 
He completed post-graduate internships at the Universities in Oslo and Gothenburg, and in Frankfurt on Main.  
In 1999, he was the co-creator and co-owner of the Dentistry Clinic Trio-Dent in Warsaw, of which he is the Medical Officer to this day. 
In the years 2009-2012, he pursued postgraduate studies in the field of Master of Oral Implantology of the J.W. Goethe University in Frankfurt on Main, which he completed with honours. 
 
In 2009, after the completion of the yearlong Implant Curriculum at the Goethe University in Frankfurt on Main, he acquired a Certificate in Oral Implantology. In the same year the Polish National Association of Dental Implantology granted him the official Certificate of Qualification in Dental Implantological Prosthetics.

In 2012, after the defence of a thesis under the direction of Dr Paul Weigl, the Head of the Department of Implant Prosthetics of the J.W. Goethe University in Frankfurt on Main, entitled: ”Two-step approach in prosthetics with progressive endosseous implant loading within the osseous tissue subjected to augmentation procedures by means of xenogenic materials”, he received the prestigious European title of Master of Science in Oral Implantology. 
 
Dr Perendyk is a member of many organisations of specialist in the field of dental implantology and implant prosthetics, including the Polish National Association of Dental Implantology, European Academy Of Osseoinetegration, Friadent Club Active Member and Implant Masters Poland club. 
He constantly expands his knowledge by taking part in numerous training courses at home and abroad, among others in Germany, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Denmark, Belgium, Austria, Portugal, China, USA and Turkey. 
He enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience as the founder and host of the courses and workshops for doctors.
